  Triduum focuses on a diverse geographic footprint as we understand many of our clients run retail operations across multiple cities, states and regions. We realize as well, that some of these regions have very different rules in such industries such as Gas and Electric. We understand as well that there are many incumbent Local Exchange Telephone companies and that there are a number of very large merchant service providers as well as Investor Owned Utilities. We welcome working with all Vendor relationships.
 

We also understand that it is often not the Mega-Corporations that provide superior service to small and medium sized companies. Because smaller companies are hungry to grow and compete with larger companies, they often provide superior services at superior pricing, because your business means more to them and to us. We know who these companies are. The benefit of the three major industry sectors we focus on, is: that the technologies used to provide their services with, are so widespread and non-proprietary, that the service delivery of a potential alternative vendor is almost always seamless to our customers, except the bill at the end of each month, which will be reduced.
